Directed by Steven Spielberg, based on a story by George Lucas, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989) is the third installment in the franchise and finds the famed archaeologist on a quest to find the Holy Grail. The story concerns Indiana Jones and his father, a Holy Grail scholar, who gets kidnapped by the Nazis and their subsequent journey to find the legendary cup of Christ. Beautiful locations, great action and historical backdrops make this one of the most entertaining of the four Indiana Jones films. Harrison Ford reprises his role as Indiana Jones. Sean Connery expertly plays his father. The supporting cast is great as well, including Denholm Elliott, Alison Doody, Julian Glover and John Rhys-Davies.
