Some 2015 Highlights for Travis Simpkins (including his Summer wedding to Janet Tremblay and work with the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum) are included in the Fall/Winter 2015 issue of Anna Maria College Alumni Magazine. Travis Simpkins received a Bachelor of Fine Arts BFA degree from Anna Maria College (Paxton, Massachusetts) in 2002.

Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum staff party celebrates Director Anne Hawley

Last night, I had the privilege of attending the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum staff party in Boston, which served to celebrate the 25-year tenure of ISGM Director Anne Hawley. The bottom photo shows a gold-frosted cake of Carlo Crivelli's masterpiece with Anne Hawley in the place of Saint George… a wonderful evening.

Worcester Living Magazine: Salisbury Mansion "Home for the Holidays". Art by Travis Simpkins

Worcester Historical Museum's "Home for the Holidays" program at Salisbury Mansion is featured in the latest issue of Worcester Living Magazine.

Travis Simpkins created the gold-framed portraits of the Salisbury Family mentioned on page 63.

Salisbury Mansion is open for candlelight tours Thursdays and Friday evenings through December 18. (Regular daytime hours are Thurs - Sat, 1-4pm through December 31st). Salisbury Mansion is located at 40 Highland Street, Worcester, MA, 01609. Admission: $8 for adults. $5 for members and children under 18.
