Salisbury Mansion "Home for the Holidays" 2015 Sets Record Attendance for Worcester Historical Museum

Salisbury Mansion. Worcester Historical Museum. Art by Travis Simpkins

I enjoyed a successful third night of the "Home for the Holidays" Candlelight Tour program at Salisbury Mansion. 3 nights in, and I'm told that this event is easily surpassing the attendance numbers from previous years. I received lots of interest in my portraits of the Salisbury Family that are on display in the museum. Thanks to all the happy visitors who came out to tour the 18th Century historic home (including my wife and in-laws), and special thanks again to Harry Albert and the enthusiastic staff of the Worcester Historical Museum for putting together such a beautiful historic showcase. Looking forward to the next two weeks… -Travis Simpkins
