Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Staff Party, 2017: Sketches by Travis Simpkins

     I had a wonderful time at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. The winter staff party was a success and two of my new sketches were presented to the recipients. I received a lot of praise for my interpretation of Fra Angelico's "The Death and Assumption of the Virgin." As always, it is an honor to have my work represent the world-renowned Gardner collection. I've been creating these ISGM sketches for two years and it is still a surreal experience.
