Masonic Temple. Worcester, Massachusetts. Morning Star Lodge

     Construction of the Masonic Temple in Worcester, Massachusetts began on September 12, 1913 with the laying of the cornerstone. The building was completed and dedicated on September 3, 1914. It is a masterwork of Classical Revival architecture, and is one of the most impressive buildings in the City of Worcester… though the inside is rarely seen by the public. Among it's various themed rooms the Temple contains a Grecian Chamber, an Egyptian Chamber, a Medieval style meeting room, a billiard hall and a Gothic Chapel. (photos by Travis Simpkins)
