     This weekend, the Delaware Scottish Rite presented a portrait I made of Ill. Eugene Small, 33° during their reunion at Dover Downs Hotel in Dover, DE. The event was dedicated to Ill. Bro. Small and Sovereign Grand Commander David Glattly was a guest of honor. I was very proud to see that my portraits of both gentlemen were nicely featured on the event program. Special thanks to Fred Palmer for all of his work on this project. I truly appreciate it.
