Sanchez sets aside commonly explored themes and instead focuses on practices that have fallen out of custom within today's Freemasonry. Written with a deep respect and reverence for the fraternity, the book contains no secret information but nevertheless sheds some light on Masonic elements that may be unfamiliar and come as a surprise to many Masons. Most notable in the text are the chapters dedicated to the Chamber of Reflection and the Table Lodge. Unfortunately, these two traditional practices are not observed in all Lodges, but are making a comeback and are slowly being reintroduced to young Brothers. Concise and affordable, this book should be an essential addition to any Masonic library.
